Background and Current Scope of Practice
Trey Holm is a seasoned attorney with more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation. His diverse background—spanning both plaintiff and defense work—gives him a unique perspective in representing individuals and businesses in complex legal matters. Early in his career, Trey advocated for individuals injured by others, and he later owned and operated several successful businesses, further expanding his practical insight into the challenges faced by his clients.
Trey has handled a wide range of personal injury and insurance-related cases, including product liability, wrongful death, premises liability, first-party insurance disputes, and trucking and automobile negligence.
As Of Counsel at Walters Balido & Crain, Trey represents clients in matters involving commercial trucking accidents, bad faith and extra-contractual claims, construction accidents, property disputes, premises liability, wrongful death, and subrogation.
