Current Scope of Practice
Emily Grantham is an associate defense attorney. Her areas primarily focus on premises liability, negligence, breach of contract, personal injury defense and motor vehicle accidents. Prior to joining Walter’s Balido and Crain, Emily served as a law clerk in the Firm’s Houston office.
While attending South Texas College of Law, Emily was highly involved in the advocacy program. She was an advocacy scholar and competed in several varsity mock trial and ADR tournaments. Through her journey in the advocacy program, she became a certified mediator. Emily also joined the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and worked to become the secretary her 3L year. She assisted with events held by the Asian American Bar Association and APALSA events at South Texas College of Law.
