Background and Current Scope of Practice

Erika Singler is a defense attorney with a focused practice in transportation litigation, drawing on 14 years of prior experience representing plaintiffs. This dual perspective enables her to anticipate strategies on both sides of a case and to craft thoughtful, effective defenses tailored to each client’s needs. She also served as the elected judge of the Town of Zionsville, Indiana, from January 2016 through January 2018, an experience that further informs her balanced, analytical approach to litigation.

Erika excels at continually evaluating cases for strong defense themes and assembling expert teams who can translate complex technical subject matter into clear, persuasive narratives for juries. She is admitted to practice in Texas and Indiana (inactive in good standing in Indiana).

Outside of her professional work, Erika enjoys hiking, fly fishing, and traveling to Barbados. She also studies wine and has completed coursework through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
