Jean Siska is a trial lawyer located in the Northwest Texas office of Walters, Balido & Crain.  She represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters.  Jean has experience handling many areas of litigation including insurance defense, commercial litigation, construction law, construction defects, employment defense, business law, and civil litigation.

  • Obtained Defense verdict in jury trial stemming from alleged breach of performance of funeral/internment services.
  • Obtained directed verdict in favor of Defendant Pharmacist in a wrongful death claim stemming from OxyContin overdose.
  • Obtained Defense verdict in the jury trial of an RV manufacturer and its employee stemming from a collision resulting in a wrongful death claim.
  • Successfully resolved over 40 multi-unit construction defect matters on behalf of various trades.
  • Successfully defended a paving company and its employee in a collision resulting in a major personal injury claim.
